2. Essential cookies

We store your language and theme preferences in browser local storage until you change them or clear browser data. Cookie choices are stored separately with the date, time and notice version. Each choice is used for up to 180 days, then renewed; an updated notice may also require a new choice. Expired records may remain in browser storage until replaced or cleared, but do not authorise tracking. These preference records are not sent to Google or Meta as analytics events.

3. Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits, traffic sources (including UTM campaign tags), successful enquiries and WhatsApp clicks. Google receives browser, device and interaction data. Analytics may store _ga cookies. We do not send the names, contact details or message content entered in the enquiry form to Google Analytics. You can enable or reject analytics separately from marketing cookies in Cookie Settings. Rejecting analytics stops future collection by our Google tag and removes its accessible cookies; it does not delete data already sent.

Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies to distinguish browsers and maintain session information. This website sets their lifetime to a maximum of two years without automatic renewal on each visit; browser restrictions may shorten it. This cookie lifetime is different from retention of data already received by Google.

4. Marketing cookies — Meta Pixel

With your consent, we load Meta Pixel to measure page visits, successful enquiry submissions and clicks on our WhatsApp link, and to help measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Clicking WhatsApp is measured separately from submitting an enquiry.

Meta receives technical information such as your IP address, browser information, page URL and event details and may associate this activity with a Meta account. Our configured events do not include names, contact details or the contents of your enquiry form.

Meta Pixel may use the _fbp and _fbc cookies to recognise a browser and associate activity with advertising clicks. We load the Pixel only after you accept marketing cookies. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for information about Meta’s processing.

Meta Pixel cookies _fbp and _fbc generally last up to 90 days and may be renewed when the Pixel is used with your marketing consent. Browser restrictions can shorten their lifetime. Withdrawing consent removes the cookies this site can access and stops future Pixel events; it does not erase data already received by Meta.

5. Managing cookies

You can use the website and send an enquiry without accepting marketing cookies. Use the buttons below to change your choice at any time. Rejecting stops future Pixel events and removes the Pixel cookies that this website can access; it does not undo information already sent to Meta. Your choice is saved in this browser.

You can also manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

Your dated choice is stored only in this browser, not in a central consent register. Clearing browser data removes this record. Older undated choices are requested again after this update. You may refuse analytics and marketing independently without losing access to the enquiry form.

The original Trustpilot review widget loads from Trustpilot and may transmit technical information such as your IP address and browser information to that provider. Following Trustpilot or social links opens a separate service with its own privacy and cookie rules.

On your first visit, we use IPWHOIS (ipwho.is) to estimate your country from your IP address and suggest a website language. The provider receives your IP address, but not your form contents. Country detection is approximate and may reflect a VPN. We temporarily cache the country in this browser session; your manual language choice takes priority. If detection is unavailable, we use your browser language. The site follows your device’s light or dark appearance until you choose a theme manually.
